Hand Bell Choirs

Alleluia Ringers, our adult handbell choir, meets on Sunday evenings from 6:00-7:30 pm.  This group rehearses weekly from September through May and rings in worship once a month.

Rainbow Ringers, our youth handbell choir, meets on Sunday afternoons from 5:00-5:45 pm.  This group rehearses weekly from September through May.  They ring in worship once every season, and they provide prelude music for our 7:00 pm Christmas Eve service each year.

Handchime Ensemble is comprised of children in the 3rd through the 5th grades.  They rehearse on Wednesday afternoons from 6:10-6:30 pm beginning in September.  The children learn proper ringing techniques and they develop their music reading skills as they prepare music for worship.

FUMC's handbell choirs now occupy their new rehearsal space located on the bottom floor of the Education building directly behind the Sanctuary.
